Machinery/Production Process
The manufacturing process covers a full value chain, with each stage strictly controlled to ensure premium quality. We start by selecting high-grade fibers as the foundational raw material. The fibers undergo professional spinning (to form yarns) and dyeing (to achieve target colors) processes, with color fastness and yarn strength strictly monitored. We use dedicated equipment for different product types, including Axminster looms, Wilton looms, tufting machines, printing machines, and flat weaving machines.
